We perform a complete public records search on prospective tenants (we use the same technology to screen tenants as Fortune 500 companies use to screen for talent), we allow tenants to process work orders online or by phone, we perform a quarterly property inspection with tenants, and collect rents on time often remit within 48 hours. We also provide many accounting and advertising services for clients including, such as improvement budgets and impound accounts for property taxes. |
